Find Black Friday Deals Before November 27, 2009The After Thanksgiving Sale Ads
Don't wait till you get to the store to find Black Friday sales and specials. Online shopping is the way to go, getting the deals first without crowds and lines.
Black Friday is the biggest shopping day of the year, physically and online. In recent years online shopping has become a Christmas or holiday tradition that saves millions of people from bearing the long lines and the grouchy crowds that Black Friday can enlist. And who can afford gas to run around? Even a great price can’t pull some people into the mayhem because of the early hours and not having had enough coffee to think straight, or because some just don‘t enjoy shopping in a crowded store full of picked-over items. Where to find the best sales? The best prices? How does one find them before the circulars come out on Thanksgiving Day? The answer is here. Online Shopping From October OnTraditionally, the first Black Friday ads to surface in late October are from Ace Hardware, Harbor Freight, Kmart and Sears. At the time of this writing, all but Ace have their BF ads out. The stores announce them to certain websites that list the store specials and sales with links to coupon codes and better prices. One exceptionally helpful site is BlackFriday.info. They list the links to the ads and when clicked on they take you offsite to BFAds.net. Here one can find a wealth of things to like, including a new ad posted almost every day and from more than one store after November 3rd. A recent BFAds.net poll reports that 54% said they will shop both online and in stores, 32% will shop strictly online, and 15% said they’ll do all of their shopping in stores, which is not a surprising result. There’s an Adscans section that has the current deals available in .zip or .PDF formats ready for download so The ads can be viewed at leisure offline. Full color catalogs can be seen this way, as is the case with the 2009 Toys R Us Big Book of Toys. Click on Black Friday Coupons to go to Retailmenot.com where the coupons are listed with additional offers besides the coupon codes. Click on “50+ Coupon Codes” by each store name to go to a page that has the 50+ codes and even more offers and free shipping, in many cases. There’s Some Good Deal SalesHere’s just a smattering of the deals found for Black Friday:, using Macy’s as an example:
And, Macy’s is offering free shipping for orders over $99. Here’s what some stores are offering on top of their Black Friday specials: Each of these stores have listings of over 50 coupon codes for a wide range of products, plus what’s listed here:
RetailMeNot.com is more than a Black Friday site. Bookmark that one for year-round updates and coupons. More Online Shopping SitesBlack-Friday.net is expecting daily ads coming out in early November, too. This site boasts that they post ‘em before they come out in the Thanksgiving Day newspaper circulars. There’s a list on the right of all 81 stores they keep coupons for listed alphabetically, and if there’s no coupons under the major store that's clicked on, it will offer to notify people via email when they do come out. The BlackFriday.com website contains news headlines, a hot toy list, most recently posted ads and a list of major stores- too many to count. There’s a list of 10 Hot Online Deals link, which goes to dealsofamerica.com, where there's lots of deals all the time, not just for Black Friday.
